Process – Website Design
1Complete the online order form, alternatively contact us and we are happy to take the order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone on 01256 326 326. Think about what you need your site to do – is it a simple online brochure? Do you need any additional functionality? How many pages do you need? If you are unsure what you want or cannot find a package that fits your requirement please email us the details or give us a call
2Make payment securely by credit /debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer
3We will email your VAT invoice for your records.
4Once you are happy to proceed we will send you a full briefing questionnaire. This will help you provide all the details we need to make a start.
5We build a working home page concept of your website in WordPress for you to review.
6We take your feedback and amend the design as many times as you like until you are happy.
7We then create all the pages of your site for your comments again, amending until you are happy.
8Once you are happy with all the designs we finalise the build of your site.
9When the site is complete we ask you to check the website to ensure that you are happy with the structure and content. We will make any changes required.
10Once you have signed off we will then test the site to ensure that it works all all devices and major browsers.
11We are happy to host your site, but you can also arrange this yourself.
12We GO LIVE with the site.
13Once the site is live we can provide a package for ongoing maintenance to help with any future bugs or changes.
