Process – Flyer Design
1Complete the online order form, alternatively contact us and we are happy to take the order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone on 01256 326326.
2Make payment securely by credit /debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
3We will email your VAT invoice for your records.
4Let us have your brief and copy – we will contact you if we have any queries or want to make any suggestions to enhance your communication.
5Within 48 hours we will send you your initial design concepts for comment / approval.
6We await your feedback to be supplied by email (recommended) or phone
7When we receive your feedback, we will turnaround any changes within 48 hours.
8This process continues until you are 100% happy with the design.
9You confirm the design you wish to finalise.
10We send you your final files which will include your print ready files and a standard pdf version. PLUS we can arrange high quality print with a fast turnaround if you would like us to
11The final files will be sent either by email or a download link if the pack is larger than 10MB. Your will have 30 days to download your files. If after this time, you need us to re-supply your files, there will be a small admin fee of £10 plus VAT to retrieve them from our archive.
